Neil Lewis, Jr, PhD is Co-Director of the Cornell Action Research Collaborative, Associate Professor in the Department of Communication at Cornell University and Division of General Internal Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine. He is a behavioral scientist who studies how interventions and policies can change behaviors to promote equitable outcomes in society. Most of his past research has focused on equity in education, health, and environmental sustainability.
