Marlen Gonzalez, MA, PhD is an Assistant Professor in psychology and founder and director of the Community Neuroscience Initiative. Dr. Gonzalez’s work aims to understand how developmental context shapes the adult brain and what it means for dimensions of normative behavior as well as non-communicative diseases such as mental health and cardiovascular health.
